The Athletic Director shall be elected by general vote of the Organization. His/Her term of office shall be a two (2) year term. The Athletic Director cannot assume any other responsibilities of the Organization. At the end of the term, the Athletic Director may be re-elected.
His/Her responsibility shall be to coordinate and/or supervise all activities of this Organization. He/She shall be a representative for all activities of the Organization to the community and to the Tampa Bay Youth Football League.
He/She shall chair all Board of Directors meetings. He/She may call a special meeting, if so indicated by request of a majority or Board of Directors, or as he/she sees fit depending upon the need of the Organization.
The Athletic Director shall appoint head coaches, delegate, direct and supervise special committees for the purpose of organizing the efficient and economical operation of the Organization.
The Athletic Director shall make available to all Board of Director Members all correspondence, records, By-Laws and rules as established by Tampa Bay Youth Football League and the Organization.
The Athletic Director shall nominate an Assistant Athletic Director who shall be approved by the Board of Directors at the next meeting of the Board.

Shall carry out the duties of the Athletic Director in his/her absence.

Responsible for all accounts receivable and all accounts payable, deposits of all monies and the monthly report to the Board of Directors as well as an annual report. All checks require two (2) signatures (Athletic Director, Assistant Athletic Director or Treasurer).
Responsible for all publicity, announcements of sign-ups and the placement of all ads and distribution of flyers concerning the same. He/She shall be responsible for preparing and submitting to the Tampa Bay Youth Football League all completed registration forms, control sheets as well as keep an accounting of the required league fees due. He/She shall prepare the individual team roster as necessary.
Shall record all minutes of all proceedings to be kept in his/her file. A copy of the minutes shall be distributed to each Board of Directors Member before the next scheduled meeting. He/She shall keep a copy of all Tampa Bay Youth Football League Rules, correspondence, etc. He/She shall take attendance at each meeting and advise as to quorum. He/She is responsible for notifying each Board of Directors Member of the next meeting at least 48 hours in advance. He/She will otherwise serve the Athletic Director in matters affecting the daily records of the Organization, its documents and reports.
He/She shall buy, issue, collect and maintain all players' equipment and coaching equipment.

Shall coordinate all activities concerning the cheerleaders. Duties include, but are not limited to, acting as a liaison between the Organization, Board of Directors and the cheerleaders and as a liaison between the Tampa Bay Youth Football League Cheerleader Coordinators and the Organization Board of Directors, appointing an Assistant Cheerleading Coordinator, which requires Board approval, as well as head coaches, who appoint their assistant coaches after Cheerleading Coordinator approval, distributing and collecting cheerleading uniforms and equipment, representing the Organization at any and all organization games and functions and preparing and submitting an annual cheerleading budget to the Board of Directors for approval.

Responsible for the coordination of the concession duty as mandated by TBYFL as well as the buying and selling of goods at the concession at the practice field during practice.

Sponsorship Program Director
Responsible for acquisition of new team sponsors and to create and maintain a record of all sponsorships. This record shall include the fees paid. He/She shall be responsible for collecting and turning over to the Treasurer all monies from the sale of the program ads/signs. He/She shall coordinate all fundraising for the Organization.
Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors and the parents of the Cardinal players and cheerleaders; carry out the directions of the Athletic Director and the Board of Directors; adhere to the Articles of the By-laws and maintain open communication with the parents. He/SHe shall be responsible for establishing a Booster Club and shall be responsible for the ordering and sale of Booster items.
Serves on the Board of Directors, elected by the Organization, to assist in the operation of the Organization. He/She shall serve in the capacity decided by the Board of Directors every year, and shall have the same rights, privileges and responsibilities as any other Board of Directors Member.
